2007-2012 Taylor GS Series (GS6, maple)
One of Taylor Swift’s most distinct and recognizable guitars is her Swarovski crystal adorned acoustic guitar. Often named the custom “Taylor Swift sparkly guitar,” it is actually the GS6 Grand Symphony model, which was at once point available from Taylor Guitars. It makes an appearance is Swift’s Our Song music video, as well as numerous live shows. A video of Taylor Swift performing “Fearless” live at Taylor Guitars is actually linked to directly from the GS6 page on their official website, further proving that this is the exact model.
2005-2015 Taylor T5 Series (6-string)
This is a video of fifteen-year-old Taylor Swift performing live at 2005 NAMM show in Anahiem, CA using a red T5 PRO Taylor electroacoustic guitar singing the songs “Beautiful Eyes,” “Your Face,” and “Your Anything.”
1998-2012 Gibson 60 Les Paul Special
One of Taylor Swift’s electric guitars of choice is a Gibson Les Paul. No stock model exists that matches hers exactly. Swift’s particular model appears to have been modified, the most apparent modification being the refinished body and the applied sparkling beads and crystals.
There are several elements of the guitar that closely match the Gibson Les Paul Special SL. The short height pickup mounting rings on both the bridge and neck pickups, the flat top, and the dot inlays on the neck. Smaller modifications include black knobs and plastics, and possibly different coloured tuners.
1998-2000 Gibson ES-350 T (Custom Shop)
Taylor Swift used a Gibson ES-350 T in her Gorgeous - The Making of a Song video from AT&T/Taylor Swift Now.
